We’re looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Berlin. In this role you will be responsible for managing and upleveling all AIAIAI owned digital platforms. We’re looking for someone who can enthusiastically engage with our community and present fresh and creative ideas that communicate the work we’re doing as a brand to our audience. This role is part of the Marketing team that is responsible for steering all outward facing activities across the brand, representing the voice of AIAIAI to the world.
Your responsibilities
Lead the overall strategy for all brand owned social and digital platforms
Work with the wider Marketing team to ensure all projects are being optimised for social
Consistently propose new social-first projects, ideas, and ways of storytelling
Create and execute social posting calendar
Write copy for social posts, newsletter, and web content
Oversee creation of assets for social, including still images and video content
Work with our external digital ad agency to optimise our paid social efforts
Community management across platforms
Monitor of analytics for all channels and report on change across key metrics
Make recommendations for changes in strategy based on analytics
Monitor key social trends, competitor activity, and changes to algorithms or platform functionality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager working in the fields of music or technology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Strong understanding of social media culture in the music and technology space
High level of organization and attention to detail, with own systems for managing posting schedules and collecting data
Strong understanding of analytics and data interpretation related to social media
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with many simultaneous projects
